sometimes when i select type (click, double click, triple click), illustrator more often than not will not select (highlight) the text

Wed, June 7, 2006 - 5:20 AMIt could be that if you didn't select the type box or line with a selection tool before hand, when you try to select it with the type tool it is just making a stray type point. -

I've got CS at work, but am yet to get a copy to use at home... budget is a little tight right now.
